I resigned from the Board on both The Strategic Life Settlement Fund PLC and The Strategic LS Access (I) Fund PLC. My resignation is with effect from 29 January 2013 to enable me to focus on the development of solutions and joint venture partnering to portfolio managers involved in life settlements. Through these joint ventures, Life Settlement Consulting intends to become a major shareholder in the fund and needs to avoid any conflict of interest. The Board thanked Iain Stamp & Life Settlement Consulting for "their dedication and advice in playing a key role in the establishment & development of the Fund(s) from inception to date, and wish Iain well" (for the future).
